Most of the coaching is done over the phone, 30 to 45 mins.per call, once a week,with home work for the week,with e mail follow up if needed.Just want one or two session to check us out that's ok 88.00

Tele-classes are my most popular and affordable service .
Tele-classes run 1 night to 4 nights 45-60 min. per class once a week. The energy from the group is what makes tele-classes so exciting .
